Resource Depot is looking for a friendly, organized Retail Coordinator to bring our TreasuRE retail space to life! From pricing unique donated materials and creating inviting displays to helping customers discover their next great project, you’ll combine customer service, merchandising, and retail operations while supporting our creative reuse and environmental education mission.
What You’ll Do:

Welcome customers, process sales, and create a great shopping experience

Research and price merchandise, rotate inventory, and maximize sales

Maintain attractive, organized displays and clean retail spaces

Manage cash handling, transactions, and sales records using Square POS

Support consignment, online sales, special events, and promotions

Work with staff and volunteers to keep retail operations running smoothly

Experienced in retail, customer service, arts, or a related field

Organized, detail-oriented, and confident juggling priorities

Excited about creative reuse and seeing potential in unexpected materials

Able to lift and move materials, sometimes exceeding 60 pounds
Full-Time / Exempt | Salary: $40K–$45K (DOE) + health insurance reimbursement & PTO following 90-day reveiw
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, with occasional evenings/weekends for events

As a Teaching Artist for Resource Depot you will help support our outreach efforts and lead hands-on afterschool and weekend workshops for various educational outreach programs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire creativity, promote sustainability, and engage with diverse communities. This is an independent contractor position with flexible hours based upon program needs.
What We’re Looking For:
-Bachelor’s degree (or 2 years of relevant education/arts experience)
-Strong organizational & communication skills (bilingual a plus!)
-Ability to work with diverse groups and inspire creativity in all ages
-Must have valid Florida driver's license
-Must be flexible, motivated, and passionate about community outreach.
