REcolor GalleRE Workshop

In conjunction with our Catwalk exhibition, this workshop demonstrates fun ways to REvive old clothes through REcoloring by reverse dying with bleach and shibori dying with indigo. An item for dying to try out each technique will be provided, but participants can bring up to 4 fabric items from home to transform. Clothing/fabrics must be a natural fiber (such as cotton, silk, linen - no synthetics) and be white or light in color for Shibori and black or dark in color for the bleach dying.  All other materials are provided. Suited for 10 year olds and up. $15 per person.
