About the Event
Join us for a hands-on Family Gallery Workshop inspired by Entangled and Ingested artist Dr. Katharine Owens. Participants will create vibrant bubble wrap suncatchers using reclaimed and repurposed materials from Resource Depot, exploring how discarded materials can be transformed into colorful works of light and texture. Feel the satisfying snap under your fingers as this playful, tactile material becomes the foundation of your one-of-a-kind creation.
Through layering, cutting, and arranging translucent pieces, makers will experiment with how sunlight moves through material to create glowing window art. Each participant will design and complete a one-of-a-kind suncatcher to take home and display. Open to all ages.
This workshop is intended for families creating together, the price of workshop is for parent/guardians and their children, no more than 4 people per ticket, $20 per ticket. Advanced registration required; space is limited.
