Adult GalleRE Workshop: Experimental Collage with Kim Rae Taylor

Join GalleRE Artist Kim Rae Taylor in exploring collage through upcycled materials. Advanced registration required. Registration Closes Friday July26 at 12pm. No experience Necessary and all materials provided. Intended for 13+

With Kim dive into the use of security envelopes, book pages, and other repurposed media, to explore unexpected approaches to collage. Participants can integrate text and other elements to show through the clear windows of each envelope, while creating a unique composition or handmade booklet. Attention to pattern and texture will be emphasized, and experimentation will be encouraged to fully explore the possibilities. $25 per person.

Participants will walk away with at least one collage or booklet but may finish multiple pieces, and the ability to continue the practice at home.
