Family GalleRE Workshop: Puppet Playmaking

Join Resource Depot’s in-house artists for a playful, hands-on workshop inspired by Sea Change Collective’s powerful GalleRE exhibition and eco-theatre process!

We invite you to reconnect with your imagination and each other through the art of performative puppet-making. Explore a playful assortment of repurposed treasures to create a whimsical puppet of your very own. Families will learn simple techniques to build expressive, movement-friendly puppets inspired by performative play. Using imagination, storytelling, and a touch of whimsy, we’ll transform discarded items into dynamic characters that spark connection and creativity.

This workshop is intended for families creating together, the price of workshop is for parent/guardians and their children, no more than 4 people per ticket, $15 per ticket. Advanced registration required; space is limited.  (Ages 5+)
