Join GalleRE Artist Gregory Dirr Discover the art of canvas-stretching, where we explore innovative ways to source materials from everyday objects, emphasizing hands-on creativity and the unique signature it imparts to your work. Advanced registration required. Registration Closes Friday July26 at 12pm. No experience Necessary and all materials provided. Intended for teens and adults.

This canvas-stretching workshop will open ideas into sourcing art materials from everyday objects. Offer artists a more hands-on approach to the fabrication of their work, which can set them apart with a unique signature and create a stronger connection to the artwork. This workshop also is a way to work towards a more environmentally sustainable art practice and potentially save money.

Participants will walk away with at least one stretched alternative canvas and the skills to create more.
